Ingredients:
For the crust
  • ½ cup finely ground pretzels (I used a Vitamix)
  • ½ cup butter, room temperature
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ¾ cup flour
For the caramel
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
For the chocolate top
  • ¾ cup bittersweet chocolate/chips
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ⅓ cup pecan halves, lightly crushed
  • sea salt flakes, for sprinkling
